We hope this site will give you an opportunity to learn about our winery's history, our wines, and how to get in touch with us.
We are a small family winery whose first vintage was 1991. Our goal is to create handcrafted, full-flavored wines that express the personality of the unique Sonoma County vineyards where they are grown. While first known for Zinfandel from the Ed Scherrer Vineyard in Alexander Valley, in 1997 this grew to include Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay from this vineyard as well. In 1998, Chardonnay from the Helfer vineyard broadened our range to include Russian River Valley fruit. This diversification continued in 1999 to include Pinot Noir from the Russian River Valley and Sonoma Coast. UPCOMING EVENTS
Pinot Days has quickly become one of our favorite events, so we will certainly be back in 2008 for San Francisco June 27-28 and Chicago November 21-22. Hope that you’re able to come by and say hello!
Our next open house will be in August, so be sure to register for our newsletter to make sure you get your invitation! We will of course be tasting our 2007 Zinfandel futures as well as a few other wines. Mark Malicki of Café Saint Rose will be there again making some great tidbits to enjoy with the wines. Hope you can make it
